Many of our therapists are highly experienced at treating long-term health challenges which are often difficult to tackle conventionally. But at the same time, at The Wellington Natural Health Centre, we believe in positive health: helping you to create a balanced life and a healthy body, to help prevent health problems before they start, through good diet, posture, exercise, rest and emotional equilibrium.
