Each of the bright, airy treatment rooms has been individually furnished to make your experience at The Wellington Square Natural Health Centre as pleasurable as possible. 44 Wellington Square has been created from a Grade II-listed building dating from the Regency period, with generously-proportioned rooms and sea views, from many of the large windows. (In fact, we believe our Pilates studio probably has the most stunning view of any Pilates studio in the world!)

The rooms are simply but stylishly furnished with antiques and natural/painted wood furniture, mostly sourced and/or restored locally by local craftspeople. Natural floorings, paints and furnishing fabrics have been used, reflecting our belief in a more natural and sustainable lifestyle.

The Centre has been designed in line with feng shui principles, following a consultation with local feng shui expert Jinpa Smith, adding mirrors, water and wood elements and specific colours to create the most restful, positive environment.
