NINA SAVARESE

Nina Savarese is a qualified YogaBugs teacher, who began practising after the birth of her first daughter. In addition to being qualified to teach YogaBugs, she is a qualified Sivananda teacher who has studied in India. Nine is, of course, fully insured and accredited.

Says Nina: 'I was immediately hooked on Yoga after my first class; I felt so calm and peaceful - almost like I was floating. I also felt taller! Having experienced the benefits of Yoga myself, I wanted to introduce children to this at an early age. When I do YogaBugs with my 4-year-old daughter we have so much fun. This is the age when their imagination is limitless, they are flexible and they are full of energy. YogaBugs simply tries to harness all these wonderful gifts and keep them, to take onwards in life.'
