All beauty therapists accredited to offer the Dr. Hauschka treatments have followed an extensive training course, and are supported by ongoing training throughout their careers.

The Treatment begins with a warm Sage foot bath during which you and your aesthetician discuss your skin and skin care routine. Once feet are dried, you move to the couch where your feet and legs are massaged, followed by gentle stretching and relaxation movements to your neck, head and arms. Face and décolleté are then cleansed with aromatic water, and after a facial steam bath, a cleansing mask is applied to deep cleanse. Next, if you are still awake, feel the rhythmical movements of the lymph stimulation and décolleté massage. The treatment concludes with an application of protective Day Care.

A holistic massage like no other; working with the lymphatic system to open the body to its own life forces, this treatment can work on many levels - as a simple relaxation, to help aching muscles, stimulate poor circulation and boost sluggish lymph conditions. Using only the Dr. Hauschka Aromatherapy Body Oils, this gentle healing treatment works to restore harmony and balance.

Designed to restore calmness and increase a sense of health and wellbeing to the whole body. Specific movements, unique to Dr.Hauschka, relieve and clear the mind, and unlock tensions. Gentle stretching of the arms and neck, relax and prepare the whole body to receive, followed by a reviving Rosemary compress applied to the neck, décolleté and forehead. Using special, rhythmical movements, the scalp is massaged which together with specific, gentle movements to the face, neck and shoulders contribute to the overall sense of clarity and repose.

Especially helpful for aching joints, dry hands and dry, flaky nails. Gentle stretching and relaxation movements to the head, neck and arms are combined, in preparation for the unique arm and hand Dr.Hauschka lymphatic stimulation, using one of the eight specially blended Dr.Hauschka healing oils. While a specific nourishing pack is applied to meet the needs of the skin, time is taken to rest and recuperate.
