FIRE BREATH GUIDED MEDITATION

Meditation has been used for thousands of years within many different cultures, benefiting all areas - physical, mental, psychological, emotional and spiritual. Meditation improves health, sharpens the mind, balances our emotions, brings awareness to the mind and body, aids the healing of psychological problems and enables us to contemplate the mysteries of life.

The Fire Breath guided meditation combines rhythmic breathing techniques with intention to Spirit and Mother Earth from where powerful energy is drawn into the body. A place of stillness is found and we then journey into a guided meditation. This is a wonderful process that leaves you feeling still, clear, bright and energised.

You do not need to have any experience in Meditation to benefit from this class. This meditation is for anyone who feels drawn to come! Everyone is welcome.

The session is for approximately one hour.

When is Fire Breath Meditation available?
Genevra Jolley takes a group class in our Studio on Fridays from 5.45 – 6.45 p.m. - a wonderful, calm way to leave the week’s work stress behind, and set you up for a relaxing weekend. Click here for the STUDIO TIMETABLE.

Prices
A Fire Breath Meditation session is priced at £7, or £60 for a book of 10 Meditation vouchers.  (NB  As we add in other Meditation classes, these vouchers can be used across all sessions.)
