INTUITIVE THERAPY
Letting go of the past can be helped by releasing negative emotions. Clairvoyant ‘sight’ can help pinpoint where we are ‘stuck’ or ‘leading’ energy to another person, belief or idea. Financing a poor decision, for instance, can cost us not only with our bank balance but also with our immune system, leaving us feeling vulnerable and in need of restoration. We may need outside help to see our way forward with more hope and clarity.
As the first step of a spiritual journey, we must dispel fears and illusions so that we may get to the truth of our circumstances. This leads to a better understanding of who we really are.
Through use of breathing and relaxation techniques, we can be guided to become more grounded and protected. We may then be enabled through conscious knowledge to let go of our past pain and bad habits.
Intuitive Therapy can enable us to live better in the present, through an understanding of our chakras and the energy field around us. Specific difficulties, in fact, can be resolved through increased awareness of issues, enabling us to forgive past hurts. When we release negative hurt, this helps to open up the all-important heart chakra, restoring nourishment and vitality to empower us and improve our self-esteem.
Just like a computer downloading a big programme, the process of personal transformation is speeded up as more ‘room’ becomes available in the system. As we let go of past baggage, we also lighten up and events happen at a faster speed as more space is made available in our lives. New information helps the person to move forward with a greater sense of confidence and awareness.
Gaining a more positive outlook enables a change of perspective that will provide us with a clearer connection with our Higher Self. And then we can start to see the bigger picture in life. With self-knowledge and a renewed understanding of purpose, we integrate and become responsible for our wellbeing, ready to follow our life with renewed passion and live ‘in the now’.
