PILATES MATWORK

Here's the week's Pilates Matwork schedule...

Monday 1 p.m. - 2 p.m. A lunchtime general level class with Jodie Brown, who also runs our Pilates Studio.
Wednesday 2 p.m. - 3 p.m. - Rebecca Gould teaches this general level class, which is also suitable for Beginners.
Saturday 12.45 p.m. - 1.45 p.m. - A general class with Sue Morgan.

Pilates Matwork vouchers are priced £45 for six vouchers which can be used across all the teachers/classes, and each book of vouchers is valid for 10 weeks.  Individual vouchers are available for £8 each.  All equipment and mats are provided; simply wear comfortable fitness gear.  If you are discovering Pilates Matwork with us for the first time, you are entitled to a free Pilates voucher - simply ask at the desk, and then present the voucher to the teacher at the start of class.

Please do take a few minutes before your first class to explain to the teacher your fitness experience, how much Pilates you've done before (if any) and any injuries or physical challenges. It's OK for beginners to attend general level classes as well as Beginners classes, but do mention how much Pilates you’ve done (if any) to the instructor, at the start of class.
