A free introductory talk given by experienced 'Journey' practitioner, Debbie Hayes. This is a great opportunity for you to discover this acclaimed healing process and take the first step towards becoming free, healed and 'whole'.

EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUES GROUP SESSIONS with Ranjana Appoo

Learn how to become free from your past, from addictions, phobias, trauma, anxiety and unhappiness. With EFT you can rediscover your dreams and move into a space of positive transformation.

EFT is a gentle 'meridian therapy' which works by stimulating the acupuncture meridians on the body to release emotions. (We 'feel' emotions in the body -
muscles will tighten when we are stressed, for example.)

EFT involves tapping specific acupuncture points with the fingers. During your sessions you will learn how to perform this technique on yourself, so that you use it, as needed, in your daily life.

Ranjana Appoo is co-founder of The Emotional Health Centre and a gifted practitioner, artist and health researcher. Her practice is focused on patience and tenderness.

This group - led by Reiki Master Genevra Jolley - is for anyone who has been attuned to Reiki at any level: an opportunity to be in a sacred healing space, among like-minded people wanting to connect to higher vibrations of energy to heal themselves and others. During the Reiki 'share', you will help create a healing circle, meditate, practice on a one-to-one basis and have the opportunity to individually experience the power of group healing, in our beautiful, tranquil Studio.

Reiki II (Second Degree Workshop) with Genenvra Jolley

Begin your healing journey with Genevra Jolley, Reiki Master, Teacher and professional healer. Genevra has been practising Reiki since 1999 and is now teaching the Traditional Usui System of Healing at The Wellington Square Natural Health Centre.

REIKI 2 (2 days) Second Degree Workshop
10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Saturday 27th Sept and Sunday 28th Sept 2008 Fee £175

This workshop is for those who have completed Reiki 1 and feel ready to continue their journey with Reiki. You will be attuned to the next level of Reiki, receive sacred symbols to heal on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels and learn how to practise distant healing across space and time. This course includes advanced techniques and on completion, you will be able to practice Reiki professionally.

The certificate you receive will enable you to join a professional body and take out professional indemnity insurance. Maximum of 4 places on each course.

Genevra also offers individual tuition on all degree courses up to Master/Teacher level.
